India: Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

Shipping and Processing Time

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders placed for India are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase. Processing time for remote postcodes may take longer. When your order ships, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.1000. Orders below Rs.1000 will be charged with Rs.100 as shipping and handling fees. All orders are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax).

Free Gift Policy

When you shop for Rs.2000 or more you will automatically qualify for a free gift. The free gift will be added to your order and will be ready to be shipped to you in our collectable boxes. Free gifts are final sale only and not eligible for return.

Returns

We strive to deliver quality products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return within 15 days from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with all tags attached along with the original invoice and box packaging. Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a return if the above conditions are not met.

If you were eligible for a free gift, please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift. Damaged items during transit must be reported and have all the tags intact on it for us to process a return.

Please send an email to chicmela@chicmela.com quoting your order number and your reason for wanting to return your item. Please include a picture of the damaged item with tags and packaging to be eligible for a return pick-up at no extra cost. Following which, your return will be picked up in 3-5 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be credited as gift cards which can be used for your next purchase order or will be exchanged (if you have requested it)

Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased with the same item or choose another item from the store. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we will credit your account with a gift card of the same value for you to use next time.

Non-returnable items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Free gifts received as part of your order, Sale items and Gift cards are Non-Returnable; Final Sale Items Only.

Gift from Someone

If the item was purchased by another account holder as part of a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Our return policy for gifts from someone remains the same as regular purchased items and non-returnable item policy.
